Dear family,
I know that it has been a while sense you have heard from me. I dont want you to worry about me i am fine. I have seen some crazy things happen that im sure you have heard about on the news. I was at Pearl Harbor when it was getting bombed. It was not an easy thing to take in because not only were many of my friends shot and killed, but we were taken entirely by surprise and we were not sure what had hit us. I along with everyone else was very angry that we let this happen. I offered my services to drop the atomic bomb. I was not chosen to drop it but i would have liked to but i able to see the large explosion that took place once the bomb was dropped. I dont know what else is to come during this war. I hope that everything is well at home and i will try to write more frequently from now on. i love and miss you all.
